About the Role

We are looking for a motivated professional to join our team as a
National Acquisition Manager
. This position is focused on sourcing, researching, and negotiating property opportunities across multiple states in Australia. The role offers flexibility to work remotely, with occasional travel for property inspections and meetings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and source suitable residential properties and land (both on and off-market).
  • Conduct research and due diligence to assess investment potential.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, developers, and other stakeholders.
  • Work closely with internal teams to share market insights and acquisition opportunities.
  • Coordinate with solicitors, inspectors, and councils for compliance and reporting.
  • Present acquisition recommendations based on data and research.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong interest in property, investment, or real estate.
  • Good communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical and research skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Previous experience in acquisitions, property research, or real estate is desirable .
