Job description:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Partner / Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our national team to manage, coordinate and facilitate effective end to end sourcing and recruitment of new talent for DT Infrastructure.

Based in either Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne, this position will partner with both corporate and project-based stakeholders across Rail, Infrastructure, Energy & Renewables, and Defence sectors. Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with hiring managers across multiple projects and disciplines to forecast and fulfil workforce needs.
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment including offer negotiation for corporate and project-based roles.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future project requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry best practice.

To be considered for this role, key experience includes:

  • Demonstratable experience delivering end-to-end recruitment within Rail, Infrastructure, Energy & Renewables, and Defence construction projects.
  • Proven experience in broad sourcing strategies with the ability to influence outcomes.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage priorities.
  • Ability to partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
