Talent Acquisition Manager
to join our People & Culture team

Reporting into the People & Culture Manager, you will lead a small yet talented team of individuals whilst managing and overseeing the recruitment process across Retail Operations, Support Office and our Global Team You will look an ensuring timely and cost-effective recruitment initiatives/acquisition of talent to meet the business needs. Additionally, the role involves strategic workforce planning, data management and recruitment administration, all while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities of the role will include but not be limited to:

  • Managing and fulfilling end-to-end recruitment and selection activities and processes for various roles within Retail Operations & Support Office
  • Collaborating with Senior Leaders & hiring managers to create effective advertisements to attract candidates
  • Support hiring managers in maintaining effective relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments centres, and in-person interviews
  • Oversee the succession planning process to ensure staffing needs are met with a long-term strategy in mind
  • Manage, report on and develop the engagement of The Globe (World Manager Platform)
  • Maintain all advertising platforms, reviewing and maintaining recruitment resources
  • Manage the recruitment budget for platforms such as Seek, LinkedIn & Indeed

About you:

  • 4+ years' professional experience in a similar recruitment position, ideally from both agency & in-house environments
    (retail or volume recruitment highly advantageous)
  • Strong leadership capabilities (2+ years leading a team/individual)
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Experience using Application Tracking Systems to proactively source candidates
  • Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks
  • Sound understanding and knowledge of Australian employment law
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to adapt in changing environments

This full-time position offers the opportunity for a passionate Talent Acquisition Manager to join to join a fast-paced, highly dynamic P&C Team, and to help support and contribute towards the growth of Global Retail Brands. This is a very exciting time to join the company as you will be part of a large, experienced and super-fun team, working 5 days in the office on St Kilda Road with access to lots of public transport, cafes near by and with dogs in the office – this is a role not to be missed
