Woodcraft Kitchens is a family owned and operated cabinet Making business, leading the market in insurance building repairs along with specialising in complete replacement, new build and renovations. We are conveniently located north of the river in Landsdale and have been operating and servicing the Perth market for more than 15 years. We strongly believe in providing our employees with a positive, welcoming, safe and fun environment to work in, along with encouraging our team members to be themselves.

Summary: Support our friendly team of 14 by working side by side with our team in the office. Use your proven experience in admin and office support using our job management software, along with Microsoft Office Suite. Working hours to be 8am-3pm 2/3 days a week.

About the role

Woodcraft Kitchens is seeking a passionate and dedicated part-time Office Administrator to join our team. Working alongside our Office manager, and Director, this role will include the following tasks and responsibilities:

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Answering phone calls and responding to emails
  • Play a key role in supporting the team in the office
  • Following up daily task reminders
  • Mail collection
  • Liaising with clients and trades
  • Invoicing, and occasionally liaising with our off-site accounting team
  • General office duties as required

To be successful in this position, you will require the following skills and experience:

  • Prior working experience in an administrative/office support position
  • Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in an administrative/office support position
  • Proven ability to problem-solve and have strong organisation skills
  • Confidence to work collaboratively and autonomously
  • An excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Experience with accounting software such as Xero (training provided if needed)
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A professional, proactive, can-do attitude
