About the company:

My client operates in the Heavy Mobile Plant Equipment space within the mining industry; they service and maintain Low Level Loaders and HV Trailers from their workshops based in Welshpool.

About the role:

We are looking for Part Time Administrator, 25hrs per week Monday to Friday on a permanent basis to work in their Welshpool workshop.

Working hours can be flexible as long as you cover 5hrs per day, so this role would suit anyone who does school runs and wants to work between school hours 9am - 3pm.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day admin duties across the workshop, checking in stock, inputting parts into the Pronto database, following up orders, speaking to customers and suppliers.

This is an industrial environment, so experience working within heavy industry would be highly advantageous for the role.

**You must have full working rights in Australia as this is a permanent position**

About you, as a minimum:

  • Ideally you will have worked in a heavy industry environment before, and be comfortable working around heavy machinery
  • Previous experience within administration, ideally using CRM's like Pronto or SAP, data entry, comfortable on the phone and dealing with clients face to face
  • Experience using Microsoft packages, Word & Excel
  • Be self-motivated and have proven problem solving skills, not afraid to get stuck in regardless of the tasks required, solid all-rounder
  • Be able to work as part of a team and follow instructions, but also take the initiative when required
  • Packing up the current workshop ready for the move to the new workshop both in the Welshpool area of Perth
  • Strong safety focus and a desire to enhance the site safety environment and culture

What are we offering:

  • $65k - $75k + super, Pro rata for 25hrs per week
  • Monday to Friday 5hrs per day, with flexibility around school drop off's and pick ups
  • Free parking onsite, new Welshpool workshop
