Product Marketing Manager

We're looking for a strategic and execution-focused Product Marketing Manager to lead the development and delivery of go-to-market strategies for Redsbaby's product range across Australia and international markets.

This role owns the end-to-end go-to-market process from positioning and value proposition development through to creative execution, product launch, campaign delivery and product lifecycle management. You'll be responsible for ensuring our products are effectively launched, communicated and continuously optimised across all touch points, with a strong focus on the digital funnel. This includes paid media, website journeys, email (campaign and automated), in-person experiences and more.

Working closely with our team of ten marketing specialists, you'll also lead the product messaging strategy, oversee the creation of written and visual communications, and apply your creativity to bring compelling product stories to life. You'll also have the opportunity to manage our Assistant Product Manager to support product readiness, messaging consistency and launch success.

What you'll be doing

• Develop product positioning, value propositions and messaging for our product portfolio

• Lead the go-to-market strategy for new product launches and range updates

• Own the development and execution of product messaging and creative assets across all customer touchpoints

• Oversee product paid campaigns, website content and campaign messaging to drive customers through all stages of the digital funnel

• Manage product lifecycle planning from launch to phase-out, using data and insights to inform decisions

• Manage Assistant Product Manager (pending experience) across packaging, compliance, documentation, product updates and in supporting product launch execution

• Collaborate with Product Development, Creative, eCommerce, Social Media, PR & Events, Customer Care and Operations to ensure readiness and alignment

• Monitor product performance, market trends and competitor activity to support strategic planning

About you

• 4+ years' experience in a Product Marketing Manager or Product Manager role with strong marketing responsibilities

• Proven ability to develop product go-to-market strategies and manage product lifecycles

• Strong digital marketing knowledge, including paid media, e-commerce and email

• Experience creating and briefing product messaging, assets and creative content

• Demonstrated creativity in shaping compelling product stories and developing assets that resonate with target markets

• High attention to detail with strong written and visual communication skills

• Analytical mindset with strong commercial acumen

• Background in consumer goods (consumer durables preferred)

• Confident collaborating cross-functionally across marketing, creative, product and operations

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with planning/project tools a plus

• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline
