This is a once in a lifetime opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering the highest level of customer service to take on the role of Centre Manager, and particularly from those wanting to be fully accountable for the venues operational, financial and program deliverables, and instrumental in building its relationship with the community, the City of Sydney and all other stakeholders.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of Centre visitors and employees
- Planning and oversight of polices, processes and procedures
- Implementing a high value customer service proposition that addresses client needs
- Achieving budgeted net profit targets
- Coaching and develop functional teams to deliver on KPIs
- Driving a high-performing and community-minded culture
- Recruiting, training and developing team members to ensure adequate levels of capability
- Maintaining relationships with high value Contract partners
- Maintaining centre facilities to approved standards in line with Contract requirements.

**Skills and Experience**
- Highly developed performance coaching abilities
- Extensive experience in the planning and execution of operational, financial and people plans
- Demonstrative experience leading a dynamic and complex business operation (and preferably in leisure or hospitality)
- Highly developed communication skills with the ability to positively influence and negotiate with others
- Sound knowledge of health and safety legislation.
- Tertiary qualifications in a related field and/or 2 to 3 years in a leadership role (desirable)
