Marketing Specialist

**Position Overview**

We’re thrilled to be growing our team as we continue expanding across Australia and the United States Over the past few years, we've learned that successful marketing is about more than just campaigns—it's about creating meaningful experiences that connect with our audience on a deep level. That's why we're looking for a Marketing Specialist to join us and own the end-to-end execution of our marketing strategies. This role is essential to enhancing our customer journey and driving engagement with our growing community.

You will be working closely with our Marketing Manager and the broader team to deliver on our ambitious growth plans. This role blends creativity, data-driven decision making, and hands-on execution, all while ensuring our brand’s message is cohesive and impactful.

It's a full-time role (38 hours per week) with a hybrid work model, offering the flexibility to work from home on Mondays and Fridays, and the chance to collaborate in our Zetland (Sydney) office from Tuesday to Thursday. **Duties & Responsibilities**

Here’s a snapshot of what your role will look like:

- **Advertising Support**: Collaborate with our Ads Manager to create engaging content for ad campaigns, using performance data to inform the overall marketing strategy.
- **Lead Quality Management**: Evaluate and monitor lead quality generated from ads, ensuring alignment with our business goals.
- **South American Market Strategy**:Drive the strategy to enter the South American market over the next 12-24 months, utilising AI tools to localise content and ensure cultural nuances are addressed.
- **Content Management**:Assist in content creation, including basic video editing, scheduling, and coordinating with the content plan.
- **Podcast Management**:Oversee the podcast production process, from editing to distributing episodes across newsletters and social media channels.
- **Collaborative Campaign Development**:Work closely with graphic designers, video editors, and the marketing team to develop cohesive, brand-aligned campaigns.

We’re looking for someone who brings:

- Experience in marketing within online education or tertiary education sectors would be highly valuable.
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without missing deadlines.
- A sharp attention to detail—you spot errors and inconsistencies before anyone else does.
- A collaborative spirit and the confidence to bring your own ideas to the table.
- An innovative mindset, always looking for ways to improve processes and efficiency through new tools or strategies.
- A drive to make a real, global impact through your work, aligned with our mission to improve the quality of leaders worldwide.
- Experience working within South American advertising and marketing would be a significant advantage as we expand into this region.
- Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese would be a plus to help localise content and strategies for the South American market.
- Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools or processes would be beneficial to enhance our marketing strategies through innovation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of marketing softwares and tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Basic video editing skills and experience managing creative assets.
