**Responsibilities**
- Reception & Customer Service: Participate in and oversee reception operations, manage patient retention, uphold high standards of service, and monitor reception KPIs. Experience with practice management software (e.g., Nookal) and other cloud-based systems is a plus.
- Practice Development & Governance: Collaborate with leadership to boost productivity, improve processes, and support clinic operations.
- Patient & Community Services: Forge connections with community groups, liaise with GPs, handle patient feedback, and ensure an exceptional clinic experience.
- Human Resources: Oversee recruitment, training, 1-on-1 coaching, performance appraisals, payroll, and staff rosters.
- Financial Management: Manage financial systems, oversee cash handling, and allocate resources within the clinic budget.
- Marketing & PR: Assist with marketing plans, social media, surveys, and community outreach.
- Business Planning: Support strategic development and contribute to business goals.
- Asset & Facility Management: Maintain stock levels, equipment, and facility upkeep.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure safety standards for equipment and consumables and maintain a clean, accessible clinic.
- Practice Maintenance: Keep the clinic environment tidy, safe, and professional.
**Qualifications**
- At least 3 years of experience in allied health or medical administration, with team leadership experience highly regarded.
- Tertiary qualifications in practice management, business management, health, or a related field are a plus.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Professional, personable, and well-presented.
- Strong commitment to confidentiality.
- Proficiency with computers.
- Ability to take initiative, manage time well, and multitask in a dynamic environment.
- A positive, growth-focused attitude with a willingness to embrace change.
- Must be Australian-based and/or have the right to work in Australia.
