As the eCommerce & CRM Manager at Stylerunner, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth, engagement, and performance of our online business across Australia and New Zealand. This role blends data-driven insight with creative execution, ensuring a seamless, elevated, and on-brand experience for our customer across digital touchpoints. You will be responsible for managing Stylerunner's eCommerce trading, onsite experience, and CRM strategy, ensuring our digital ecosystem not only delivers commercial results but also builds long-term customer loyalty and advocacy.
About the role:
eCommerce & Trade Management
- Lead the day-to-day management of the Stylerunner website to optimise conversion, engagement, and profitability.
- Drive weekly trade performance across key metrics including sales, traffic, conversion, and margin.
- Plan and execute the digital trading calendar, ensuring alignment with product, campaign, and promotional activity.
- Partner closely with the Merchandise and Marketing teams to deliver strong commercial outcomes through onsite storytelling, product presentation, and customer journey optimisation.
- Manage onsite campaigns, promotions, and product launches in alignment with broader marketing objectives and brand storytelling.
- Continuously enhance the website experience, ensuring content, navigation, and UX deliver a premium, frictionless, and brand-aligned customer journey.
- Work closely with our digital marketing agency to drive performance across paid channels, ensuring traffic, conversion, and ROI targets are met.
- Collaborate with our Web Development Agency and internal IT support teams to deliver website enhancements, manage fixes, and test new features to ensure functionality and optimisation.
- Collaborate with UX/UI and development partners to implement site improvements and conversion-driving initiatives.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Style Arcade, and AP21, providing insights and recommendations to inform trading decisions and strategic planning.
CRM & Customer Lifecycle Marketing
- Execute the CRM strategy to deepen customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
- Manage all email and SMS campaigns - from audience segmentation and creative briefing to reporting and optimisation.
- Leverage customer data to deliver personalised, automated, and targeted communications that drive conversion and loyalty.
- Partner with Marketing and Brand teams to align messaging across all customer touchpoints.
- Continuously analyse CRM performance, testing new strategies to improve engagement, reactivation, and customer frequency.
- Collaborate with Retail team to drive customer targeted offers and support retail stores and their customer databases
- Ensure customer profile data is maintained and accurate
- Reporting on all CRM and Customer data key metrics and share insights with key stakeholders and Stylerunner business
Leadership & Collaboration
- Manage, mentor, and develop direct reports, fostering a high-performing, proactive team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Brand, Merchandise, and Retail Operations teams to align on product launches, campaigns, and brand moments.
- Liaise with external partners (e.g., agencies, developers, platforms) to ensure seamless execution across digital initiatives.
- Champion a customer-first mindset and ensure the Stylerunner online experience reflects our brand vision and premium positioning.
To be successful you will ideally have the following skills:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in eCommerce and/or CRM management within a retail, fashion, or lifestyle brand.
- Proven experience in driving online sales growth, conversion optimisation, and customer engagement through digital channels.
- Strong understanding of digital trading calendars, UX principles, and CRM best practices.
- Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to turn insights into action.
- Hands-on experience with Website CMS, Emarsys, Google Analytics, Style Arcade, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Strong eye for brand, detail, and customer experience — passionate about fashion and the Stylerunner community.
