We're a boutique custom home builder based in Perth's northern suburbs looking for an experienced and motivated Contract Administrator / Client Liaison.

This isn't a "tick-the-box" role. This is your chance to own the client journey, work with autonomy, and have a major impact on how our clients experience their build — from contract signing through to handover.

This is predominantly an office-based role, however there is some flexibility for a hybrid arrangement for the right candidate.

About the Role

You'll be the go-to person for clients during their building journey. This means juggling timelines, documents, and communications to ensure a smooth, stress-free process for everyone involved.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Being the primary point of contact for clients from contract signing to handover
  • Preparing and lodging planning and building applications
  • Managing construction variations and keeping all records accurate and up to date
  • Maintaining document control across all internal systems
  • Preparing final documentation and addenda for site handover
  • Coordinating with internal teams to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations
