Vicore Construction is a successful residential builder in the Perth market, specialising in multi-residential builds and luxury homes.  Our aim is to consistently create and build homes of the highest quality using modern methods of construction.

We are a family-orientated, value-driven company with a deep understanding of the Western Australian market.  Our work ranges from stylish and innovative family homes to luxury builds and multi-story residential developments.

An opportunity has arisen for a full-time Construction Supervisor to join our team.  Based out of our Willetton office, your primary focus will be to manage bespoke single and multi-story residential builds from site start through to the final inspection.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will need a minimum of 2 years local site supervisor experience, preferably in both low-rise residential and/or luxury residential builds.

We are looking for someone who has the following attributes, skills and experience:

  • Strong technical and practical construction knowledge with a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in Australia
  • A thorough understanding of West Australian building regulations
  • Supervise and communicate with subcontractors on a daily basis to ensure all standards, regulations and codes are met and complied with
  • Enforce and adhere to WH&S regulations
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on quality
  • Effective communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Good work ethic, with the ability to work and thrive under pressure
  • Currently or recently employed in the residential or commercial building industry in WA
  • Current White Card (mandatory)
  • C Class Driver's License (mandatory)

This is a full-time position in a friendly, boutique construction company that is growing rapidly.  An attractive salary package including a new commercial vehicle will be presented, commensurate with experience.
