We are seeking a skilled and driven Construction Manager to lead our site operations, manage key personnel, and ensure the timely, safe, and cost-effective delivery of our projects.

This is a critical leadership position reporting directly to the General Manager and offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact on our growing business.

As Construction Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our construction department, managing a team of site supervisors and ensuring each project is delivered to the highest standards. You will be responsible for driving performance, coordinating resources, maintaining compliance, and ensuring seamless communication between internal departments and site teams.

Your key responsibilities will include:


• Leading and mentoring a team of site supervisors across multiple sites


• Developing, implementing, and managing project schedules and construction programs


• Monitoring build progress, WHS compliance, and overall quality assurance


• Identifying and resolving delays or site challenges in collaboration with key stakeholders


• Providing regular reports to senior management on project performance, KPIs, and risks


• Working closely with estimating, contracts administration, and procurement teams


• Effectively using construction software to plan, monitor, and report on project activities

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:


• WA Registered Builder licence (mandatory)


• Proven experience managing residential and/or commercial construction projects


• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and support site teams


• Advanced planning, scheduling, and project management capabilities


• Proficiency in construction software


• In-depth knowledge of the BCA/NCC, WA building regulations, and WHS obligations


• A collaborative and solutions-focused approach to construction delivery


• Excellent communication and reporting skills
