About the Role

In this role, you will act as an integral support partner to the Residential Leading team, clients, and external stakeholders. You will manage the credit application and settlement process from start to finish, helping deliver exceptional client service in alignment with our client's brand values. With a focus on operational excellence, you will contribute to a seamless pipeline of credit transactions and assist in identifying future business opportunities. This role suits a driven professional eager to learn, adapt, and succeed.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • 3-5 years in a sales administration or credit processing role, ideally within financial services.
  • Background in banking, finance, insurance, or customer relationship management is highly regarded.
  • Exceptional written/verbal communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong time management with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) with ability to navigate new software.
  • Solutions-oriented mindset with a team-player attitude.
  • Adaptive to change and pressure, remaining calm while maintaining high performance.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands.
  • Cert IV or Diploma in Financial Services, Mortgage Broking, or FBAA/MFAA accreditation desired.
