About us:

We are a new division of one of Western Australia's biggest and most awarded builders. Constructing homes in a range of different market segments, we are able to provide the successful candidate with a wide breadth of knowledge of the industry. We are in a rapid growth phase over the next 2-3 years and are looking for team members to join us on the journey. This opportunity represents great growth prospects for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage client journeys throughout the entire Construction journey
  • Communicate with clients via phone, email and in person to provide regular project updates and milestones
  • Collaborate with Construction Supervisors and provide support to the on site team where required
  • Conduct Key Handover appointments
  • Support with general office administration for various departments
  • Maintain clear, professional, and effective communication with clients, suppliers, and team members
  • Raise and prepare variations and contract documentation with precision and attention to detail

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience or general knowledge of the residential building industry is essential
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Confident communicator with the ability to work directly with clients and suppliers
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask
  • A happy, positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
