About the Role:
Are you a driven and enthusiastic individual looking to build a rewarding career at the intersection of Construction and Technology? We're looking for an organised and motivated person to join our team as a Client Success Administrator.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to start or grow their career in either the Construction or Software industries. You'll play a key role in supporting our builder clients—acting as the bridge between them and our technical support team—to ensure seamless communication and great outcomes.
While prior residential building experience is highly regarded, what matters most is your proactive attitude, attention to detail, and passion for helping others succeed in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably from a Residential Building company.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- An avid user and lover of Constructive Software in your prior roles is an added bonus
What you'll be doing:
- Provide Level 1 Support: Resolve client issues through the support channel and escalate the technical problems as needed.
- Build Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with Builders to ensure their satisfaction and success.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work with internal teams to resolve client issues and provide tailored solutions.
- Client Success Strategies: Assist in the development and implementation of client success strategies and initiatives.
- Maintain Client Records: Keep accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
- Create Self-Help Materials: Contribute to the creation of solution articles and other self-help materials.
- Advocate for Clients: Represent Builder' interests to internal stakeholders.
- Support the CX Team: Assist with various administrative tasks and projects.
- Manage Item Library: Oversee the management of the item library, ensuring all items are accurately represented and reviewed in a timely manner.
