Project Administrator – Procurement Focus

Full-Time | Canning Vale WA | Occasional Site Travel

MACS Australia Group is a proud Western Australian company, established in 1974, delivering high-quality construction and building services to municipal, commercial, industrial, and resource sector clients across the state.

We are now seeking an experienced Project Administrator with strong procurement experience to join our Camp Refurbishment Project Team, based in Canning Vale. This role is key in supporting the smooth delivery of project operations through effective procurement, documentation, and administration.

About the Role

Reporting to the Division Manager, you will play a central role in coordinating purchasing, logistics, and project administration. You'll work closely with both site and office teams, ensuring materials, documentation, and quality records are well managed, while providing vital day-to-day support across the project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate procurement, purchasing, logistics, and freight for project materials.
  • Manage goods receival, stock control, and related documentation.
  • Track subcontractor timesheets and assist with invoice approvals.
  • Maintain QA/QC documentation, ITPs, and compile MDRs as required.
  • Provide document control support, including registers and filing systems.
  • Support the Project Manager and team with general administration.
  • Attend site occasionally to assist with deliveries and project coordination.
About You
  • 3–5 years' experience in a Project Admin / Procurement / Coordination role within construction.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, logistics, and project documentation.
  • Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations (Warehousing), similar qualification, or trade background.
  • Current forklift licence (preferred) and valid driver's licence.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
