The Liverpool Catholic Club is seeking a full time Events Sous Chef for our busy function centre (LCC Venues). The ideal applicant will have experience in a similar role and possess strong leadership skills along with having a passion for the hospitality industry. This is a hands-on role and involves managing a small team, ordering and writing menus with creativity in mind.

Our function facilities include our newly refurbished Grand Ballroom which can cater for up to 1,000, ten rooms within our Mercure Hotel tower ranging from Boardroom style to 100 people. The conservatory which includes a function space for 230 and a Theatre that accommodates 270 people.

Our Catering outlets include a Brasserie, Café, Pizza and gelato area as well as our newly renovated Café opened in December 2024.

About the role:

  • Ensure presentation of all meals is consistent and in line with LCC Venues standards and policies

The Liverpool Catholic Club (also known as LCC Sports Complex Liverpool) is an iconic sports and public skate center, built in 1979 and located at the Hoxton Park precinct of Sydney. Facility includes an Olympic sized ice rink with capacity of 500 spectators, Café, Restaurants and onsite carpark.
