You will help lead a team that services:
A thriving Functions & Events space
- Design flavourful menus that balance creativity, consistency, and customer favourites.
- Manage budgets, food costs, P&L, and labour costs with precision.
- Inventory and supplier management.
- Ensure that food is presented consistently, maintaining taste and quality.
- Drive food safety, hygiene, and HACCP compliance.
- Keep ahead of food trends and evolving customer expectations.
- Build supplier relationships and secure the best produce.
- Motivate, coach, and support your team to reach their full potential.
- You're a proven culinary leader with at least 5 years' experience as Head or Executive Chef in a large-scale, multi-outlet environment.
- A flair for creativity and an eye for detail.
- Strong knowledge of nutrition, menu planning, and cost control.
- Outstanding leadership and communication skills – able to inspire, train, and connect with people at every level.
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional food and unforgettable experiences.
