We are searching for Rostering & Scheduling Officers, to be the heartbeat of our operations – connecting with case managers, care staff, clients, and their families to ensure services are delivered on time, every time, with excellence.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating staff rosters and schedules to match client needs
  • Responding promptly to service requests, client and employee inquiries
  • Maintaining accurate client and staff records
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure exceptional service delivery
  • Using initiative to solve rostering challenges and keep operations running smoothly

What we're looking for
  • Experience in a fast-paced scheduling or rostering role or relevant experience (healthcare, disability, or aged care preferred, but not essential)
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills
  • Proven ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to juggle phones, emails, and schedules at once
  • Highly developed verbal, written, and telephone communication skills
  • Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency
