**About the role**

We are expanding rapidly and to manage high demand we seek a reliable Admin and Scheduling Officer to join our Queensland Office (based in Southport).

Services in Queensland cover Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Hervey Bay and Far North QLD.

We require a skilled and dynamic communicator, highly skilled administration person with superior written and verbal communication skills, a can do attitude and (preferably) rostering experience - it can be in the Disability Sector, Aged Care, Hospitals, Airlines or Travel industries. If you have rostering experience, we'd love to hear from you.

Whilst previous rostering experience in either the Disability or Aged Care sector is highly regarded, we will provide training.

Key Responsibilities:

- Accept and schedule client bookings with accuracy and in a timely manner.
- Accurately enter shifts and changes into the Eziplan database (training provided on all software systems)
- Rapidly respond to reschedule cover of unplanned staff availability.
- Able to think strategically in order to do rostering
- Have a calm disposition to juggle multiple rosters at once
- Have solid knowledge of MS Office, along with data-entry skills.
- Be a positive and adaptable person who adapt in a changeable environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Team Player
- Availability: 5 days Monday to Friday plus some out-of-hours on call rotation roster (shared across a team)
- Computer skills
