We're now looking for a Rostering Officer who thrives on staying organised, thinking ahead, and making sure the right people are in the right place at the right time – because at the heart of everything we do is high-quality, reliable support for our participants.

About the Role

As our Rostering Officer, you'll be responsible for coordinating staff schedules to ensure participant support needs are met efficiently and compliantly. This is a key behind-the-scenes role where your planning skills directly impact our team's ability to deliver care that exceeds expectations.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Creating and managing staff rosters across a range of support programs
  • Collaborating with Team Leaders, Day Leaders, and Managers to cover shifts and maintain ratios
  • Responding to changes such as staff availability, participant needs, and emergencies
  • Ensuring compliance with NDIS standards, awards, and internal policies
  • Communicating clearly and promptly with staff about shifts and changes
  • Supporting record-keeping for payroll, leave, and training compliance

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience in rostering, scheduling, or workforce planning (disability/healthcare ideal)

- Tech-savvy with confidence in rostering software and Microsoft Excel

- Calm under pressure and solution-focused

- Strong communicator and team collaborator

- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and flexible

- Understanding of NDIS compliance is highly regarded
