Scheduling Officer Job located in Birtinya. Full-time hours on offer, immediate start.

Our client is looking for an experienced, motivated Scheduling Officer to join their team located in Birtinya on a full-time temporary basis. This position is an exciting opportunity to make your mark in a business.

**Your new role**

In this role as a Scheduling Officer you will provide direct administration support to the team. Committed to success this well established and well respected organisation are experts in their field. This is a temporary contract working 5 days per week, working normal business hours (8.30-4.30pm). Duties will include:

- Demonstrated experience in working with rostering systems and undertaking scheduling activities to support business efficiencies
- Possesses excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills and demonstrates the ability to think laterally and find solutions
- The ability to identify patterns and proactively schedule resources to meet the demands of those patterns, including grouping trips together to make the most economical use of resources
- Accurate data entry into various systems relevant to the business
- Provide excellent administrative and customer service support to the business including answering all incoming phone calls from clients and staff members

**What you'll need to succeed**

Your previous experience in a similar role as a Scheduling Officer ideally with a background in the aged care/community home care sector will lead to your success. You must have proficient computer literacy, highly developed organisational skills, maturity to handle a range of situations and be able to work to tight deadlines.
