Job Opportunity

An exciting fixed-term opportunity is available to join our team as a Scheduler/Rostering Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that frontline staff are rostered in a timely manner, allowing them to continue providing an amazing service to our Community clients.

As a Scheduler/Rostering Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting the Home and Community teams by managing electronic data management systems, utilizing your scheduling and rostering skills. Knowledge of Procura will be a distinct advantage. You will also be responsible for prioritizing tasks, managing workload, and communicating effectively with colleagues and clients.

Benefits

This fixed-term Full-time position offers a competitive hourly rate of $29.91 per hour, with possible future permanent role. Additionally, we offer:

  • Scheduling and rostering experience using electronic data management systems
  • Knowledge of Procura
  • Self-managing with ability to prioritize and balance workload
  • Highly effective customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel with accurate alpha-numeric data entry
  • Full Covid-19 Vaccinations
  • National Police Clearance (valid within 6 months or willingness to obtain)
  • Queensland Drivers Licence
