What You'll Do

  • Lead end-to-end CRM strategy and execution across email, SMS and push
  • Build and optimise lifecycle programs, segmentations and automations
  • Own reporting, performance metrics and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Present results and insights to stakeholders across marketing, product and operations
  • Manage and develop a small CRM team, supporting their growth and capability uplift

What you'll need

  • 5-7+ years of CRM or lifecycle marketing experience in fast-paced B2C environments
  • Strong grasp of campaign performance metrics and how to move them
  • Confident using CRM platforms, analytics tools and customer data to drive personalisation
  • Leadership experience, with a passion for coaching and collaboration
  • A bias for action and a track record of delivering results at scale
