and are gearing up for another big leap.
The Role
You'll drive new business: researching accounts, cold calling, booking and running discovery, shaping proposals (with our support), and closing retainers/projects. This is a high-autonomy, outcomes-driven role for a true hunter who owns the full outbound motion from list to close.

You document, follow up, and keep a clean pipeline.
Experience note:
Prior B2B sales is
not mandatory
—but any of the following are
very strongly preferred
:
- Door-to-door or high-activity outbound (e.g.,
solar
,
charity fundraising
) - Marketing/agency
sales or appointment setting - SDR/BDR experience (phone-led prospecting)
- Track record hitting activity and revenue targets in outbound roles
What You'll Do
- Prospect & qualify:
Build targeted lists; execute cold calls, email, and LinkedIn; create pipeline in CRM. - Run discovery & close:
Lead first calls, shape scope/pricing with our team, handle objections, and close. - Operate clean:
Diligent CRM hygiene (notes, stages, docs), forecast accurately, and maintain next steps. - Handover:
Provide clear briefs/kickoff checklists so delivery can move fast and clean. - Iterate:
Test openers, angles, and talk tracks; share what's working to raise team win rates.
