The CRM Campaign Manager will support the Lotteries Customer Experience teams on CRM and Campaign Management. You will work with the Lotteries Marketing team to deliver CRM activities, including Loyalty, Tactical, Transactional campaigns, and Lifecycle campaigns using CRM best practices to drive increased Retention and Loyalty from our customers. Delivery of these campaigns will contribute to increased active customer numbers and profitability for the business.

The CRM Campaign Manager will be responsible for managing multi-channel campaign delivery of lifecycle messaging to The Lott customers, ensuring delivery of relevant, timely and targeted communications. You will also be responsible for development and execution of tactical campaigns to support the Lotteries Marketing activities. You will be responsible for managing the CRM scope and deliverables for projects as required. Projects may involve updates to transactional comms and delivery of new comms.

This position reports to the Senior CRM Campaign Manager and is focused on managing the delivery of customer communications through tactical and journey based campaigns using CRM best practices to drive increased retention, loyalty and conversion from our customers, and in doing so, improving the customer experience through continuous innovation and optimisation of campaigns. Please note this role is part-time, 22.8 hours a week.

What you'll do

  • Work with the Marketing team and the CRM Data team to deliver direct marketing campaigns to customers, including preparing briefs, liaison with agencies, project management, production control, compliance approval, template development, send management, SPAM and regulatory compliance and post-campaign analysis;
  • Deliver communications across a range of channels including mobile push, email and SMS;
  • Provide support for the Membership & Loyalty, Transactional, Tactical & Lifecycle CRM functions.
  • Drive continuous improvement in campaign effectiveness through the relentless focus of test, optimisation and learn methodology;
  • Management and implementation of projects as needed across the Lotteries businesses;
  • Work with the CRM team to implement strategies to maximise the value of key customer segments, develop segmentation and targeting strategies with a view of continuous innovation and drive 1:1 personalisation strategies;
  • Working with the wider Lotteries Marketing team to assist in developing and executing journey based communications for promotional or product based initiatives.

What you'll bring

  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing.
  • ADMA Direct Marketing or eMarketing certificate.
  • Minimum of 3 years direct marketing experience working in a multi-channel marketing environment, including experience with marketing automation;
  • Experience in working in an eCommerce environment and in using Digital Marketing channels;
  • Good insight into CRM systems, data analytics, lifecycle management and segment marketing, and experience with leading email marketing platforms;
  • Experience in a company operating nationally or across multiple markets highly regarded as is ability to work within regulated environment.
  • Highly organized with an ability to work under tight deadlines and shifting priorities; and
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
