JOB DESCRIPTION

You will be working to maintain and grow both new and existing client relationships and will work with the in-house team and contractors to ensure that campaigns perform well and tasks are completed on-time. You're interested in all things digital and will use your digital knowledge to support the needs of our clients and the team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS & EXPECTATIONS:

  • 2+years of proven account management experience in marketing or creative services
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, phone)
  • Strong content writing and grammatical skills
  • Proficiency in Canva for creating social media tiles, graphics, and marketing collateral
  • Experience with WordPress web design, including page building, layout design, and basic customization
  • Experience with CMS platforms including WordPress and Squarespace
  • Understanding of popular digital ad platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads
  • Genuine interest in graphic design with a good eye for aesthetics, layout, and brand consistency
  • Ability to analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights
  • Self-motivated with autonomous working ability
  • Flexible and willing to learn

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESCLIENT MANAGEMENT

  • Communicate with potential and existing clients professionally
  • Nurture relationships and onboard new clients
  • Ensure timely approvals and responses on both marketing and design deliverables

CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT

  • Create and manage ad campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads
  • Meet performance KPIs as outlined in strategy documents
  • Monitor, report, and optimise campaigns for better results

DESIGN & CONTENT CREATION

  • Design social media tiles, posts, and graphics using Canva
  • Create marketing collateral including flyers, menus, promotional materials, and digital assets
  • Update and design WordPress website pages, landing pages, and web content
  • Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets
  • Copywriting, content creation, and editing
  • Develop content ideas and manage content schedules

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT

  • Schedule and manage social media accounts using tools like Hootsuite and Sked Social
  • Ensure SEO best practices across your portfolio of clients
  • Create engaging visual content paired with compelling copy

REPORTING & ANALYSIS

  • Build performance reports with KPI benchmarks and recommendations
  • Use web analytics to analyse and optimise website activity
  • Review campaigns to ensure budget and KPI targets are met
