We are excited about the opportunity to welcome a new Project Planner to the Plantation Homes team at our office in Springwood.

About the Role

As a valued member of our Project Planning team, you will play a central role in managing the administrative functions that support the customer journey. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working across teams, thrives in a structured environment, and takes pride in delivering a high standard of service.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as a key point of contact for customers, guiding them through the building process with professionalism and empathy
  • Coordinating weekly workflows and managing certification across various stages of the build
  • Preparing variations, permits and documentation with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure timely project progression
  • Supporting internal teams by streamlining administrative processes and maintaining clear communication channels
