About the role
Join The Oldmac Group as a Receptionist and be the friendly face that greets our clients and visitors. This is a casual role. As the first point of contact, you will play a vital role in upholding our company's professional image and ensuring a positive experience for all who enter our doors.
What you'll be doing
- Warmly welcoming and assisting clients, visitors, and staff with a high level of customer service
- Managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining a neat and organised reception area
- Providing administrative support as needed, such as filing, data entry, and scheduling
- Monitoring and restocking office supplies
- Performing other ad-hoc duties as required
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in an office environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using standard office equipment and software
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a willingness to take on a variety of tasks
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service
