About the role

Join The Oldmac Group as a Receptionist and be the friendly face that greets our clients and visitors. This is a casual role. As the first point of contact, you will play a vital role in upholding our company's professional image and ensuring a positive experience for all who enter our doors.

What you'll be doing

  1. Warmly welcoming and assisting clients, visitors, and staff with a high level of customer service
  2. Managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a timely and professional manner
  3. Maintaining a neat and organised reception area
  4. Providing administrative support as needed, such as filing, data entry, and scheduling
  5. Monitoring and restocking office supplies
  6. Performing other ad-hoc duties as required

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in an office environment
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour
  3. Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
  4. Proficiency in using standard office equipment and software
  5. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a willingness to take on a variety of tasks
  6. A commitment to providing exceptional customer service
