About the roleJoin the Swoosh Finance team as a Junior Collections Officer based in our Springwood, Queensland office. In this full-time role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the timely recovery of overdue debt, working closely with customers to negotiate repayment plans and find suitable solutions.

What you'll be doing

  • Contacting customers by phone, email, and letter to discuss outstanding payments and negotiate repayment arrangements
  • Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions and updates in the company's systems
  • Identifying and escalating complex cases that require specialist attention
  • Providing updates to management on the status of the collections portfolio
  • Adhering to all relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of our collections processes and practices

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills to maintain accurate records
  • Competency in computer use and confidence in making outbound calls to clients
