We are currently seeking to employ an experienced in our Springwood office.

Salary based on skill level.

This role will be ideally suited to someone who has had a background in construction or warehouse, Manufacturing recruiting or providing resources to an industrial industry.

About the role:

As the Recruitment Consultant you will be offered the opportunity of working within and supporting our existing team.

This role will not require you to do any sales and will focus on you supporting the team and existing client base.

Essential Criteria:

• At least 2 year of recruitment experience ideally casual labour hire experience;
• Ability to screen, interview and on-board casual employees;
• Be self-driven and motivated and to complete tasks;
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail;
• Ability to prioritise & multi task in a fast paced environment;
• Ability to work autonomously when needed;
• Competent computer skills able to undergo training in use of FastTrack360 and recruitment software;
• Display a value for customers and colleagues respecting those around you.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

• Handling high volume incoming / outgoing emails and calls;
• Onboarding and shortlisting potential candidates;
• Keeping an up-to-date and active candidate standby list;
• Administration tasks including advertisements, database management, filing & collating employee documents and general recruitment based administration tasks.
