Our Real Estate is a family-owned and operated boutique agency based in Kangaroo Point. We have a strong and growing property management porfolio, as well as a successful sales team. We pride ourselves on being a supportive environment where our staff are valued and encouraged to grow and learn.

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to take charge of a well-managed portfolio of approx. 120 properties. You will be supported by an existing assistant, meaning no trust accounting or heavy admin burden, just the core responsibilities of property management. Flexibility to work from home is available once you've settled in, within six months time.

Day-to-Day responsibilities include:

  • Routine Inspections and entry/exit conditions reports
  • Coordinating maintenance and repairs
  • Tenant and landlord communication
  • Lease renewals and compliance with legislation
  • Handling arrears and dispute resolutions
  • From time to time - assisting the sales team with simple document preparation or email correspondence

What we are looking for:

  • Previous Property Management experience (preferred)
  • Experience with ADL forms and Console Cloud (desirable but not top priority other systems are fine too)
  • A current Real Estate Registration Certificate and Current Australian Drivers Licence
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small, supportive team
