With the current Principal actively driving growth as the Business Development Manager (BDM), new managements are coming in at a rapid speed. This is a fantastic full-time opportunity to step into a thriving, fast-paced environment where your expertise will be highly valued.

The Role

We are seeking a Property Manager with a minimum of three years' experience who is ready to bring their expertise, reliability, and passion to our team. This is your chance to play a key role in building and supporting the growth of our property management division.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing a rapidly growing portfolio of properties with professionalism and care.
  • Building and maintaining strong client and tenant relationships.
  • Ensuring compliance with legislation and company policies.
  • Delivering high-quality service with attention to detail.
  • Actively contributing to the success and growth of the property management division.
