**Your Role**

The Support Officer - Projects is responsible for administering, supporting, monitoring, and assisting in the administration and delivery of project works across Ozcare.

**Your tasks will include**:

- Work collaboratively with the Project Managers to plan projects, develop proposals, and assist with the preparation and assessment of requests for quote and tender;
- Coordinate project meetings as requested, arranging travel where applicable, and producing minutes and action logs for each meeting
- Schedule works with internal and external stakeholders and record information in the electronic document management system;
- Provide administrative support to the Property and Construction Team through preparation of professional presentations and documents, the development of business cases, project plans and audit reports;

**Role Requirements**
- Sound knowledge of procurement in a diverse Organisation.
- Current Police Screening Certificate
- Current Queensland drivers' licence
- Relevant Tertiary qualifications and/or experience
- Demonstrated advanced level of computer literacy skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Project
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously to ensure job/responsibilities are completed on time.
- Previous experience with document management system processes and tools and experience in document control is desirable
