Kangaroo Point, Australia Place Estate Agents Full time

This position works Monday to Friday (8:30am to 5:30pm) with no requirement for Saturday work.
Your typical day will include, but is not limited to, the following:

- Support Property Manager to manage their portfolio and ensure client satisfaction;
- Ensure policies and procedures are upheld within the department;
- Participate in property management duties inclusive of the ongoing management, repairs, maintenance, arrears management, lease renewals, entry and exit reports and routine inspections; and
- Provide administrative support to the property manager and actively participate in training opportunities.

**Requirements**:
About You
- Have a passion for Property Management or customer service
- Possess a can-do attitude and a willingness to work through problem solving
- First class customer service comes naturally to you
- Pride yourself on quality and timely service delivery
- Top class communication skills both verbal and written
- Always looking to grow and develop
- You hold a current QLD sales Registration Certificate (or are in the final stages of completing) and Drivers Licence
