About the business:

One Agency Property Partners is located in Melbourne's West and has seen incredible business growth and demand so we are seeking a full-time person to join our growing team in the Property Management department. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly energetic, motivated and ambitious person to further enhance their career in real estate.

About the role:

The role will entail, but is not limited to:

  • Seeking and generating new business opportunities to grow the rent roll
  • Prospecting
  • Liaising with the sales team and servicing investor vendor/buyers
  • Conducting appraisals and providing regular market updates
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service
  • Complete 'Lead to Leased' process
  • Advertising properties for lease including co-ordinating property photography, copywriting and signboard
  • Conduct open for inspections
  • Processing and submitting tenancy applications to the landlord
  • Conducting rent reviews and lease renewals
  • Property Management support and potential to manage a small portfolio
  • Entry and exit condition reports (as required)

Essential position requirements:

  • Hold a current Agents Representative Certificate or Licence
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience working in residential property management
  • Valid driver's licence and a reliable vehicle

Skills and experience:

  • Knowledge and understanding of current Property Management legislation, compliance and procedures
  • A very strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a focus on achieving results
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have a high level of organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Passionate and driven to succeed
  • Previous experience in Property Management or other real estate roles is ideal but not required
  • Ability to use PropertyMe, Inspection Express and Inspect Real Estate (IRE) is advantageous
  • Renumeration will be based on experience
