Operations Enablement Officer

Location – Sydney, Melbourne or Perth

Customer Solutions are seeking an Operations Enablement Officer to manage various bulk processes and many other manual tasks within the Customer Solutions space, with further opportunity to initiate and implement automation and streamlining.

You would be focused on the completion of tasks such as Due Date Changes, DFNs and Decline Letters. You will also be involved in various projects, including managing stakeholders across the Customer Solution and broader Operations divisions to assist with various initiatives, working closely with IT and Finance.

This would be an ideal opportunity for a team member in Customer Service, Collections or elsewhere in the business to get an understanding of the machinery supporting the frontline workers.

What you will be doing


• Managing tasks within agreed SLAs, contributing to the success of the wider Customer Solutions teams and work environment.


• Management of exception processes stemming from the collections contract strategy, specifically the daily completion of export files


• Management of exceptions processes and reporting for PPSR ensuring that all registrations are valid, and extensions are managed within SLA


• Generating bulk letter process for various customer facing letters that supports the Customer Solutions operations including the management of embedded control processes to ensure that letters are correct and sent to the correct parties


• Playing a key role in process improvement reviews to identify opportunities where automation can drive benefits and efficiencies for the business.

Your background


• Knowledge of asset finance and proven success at working to tight SLA's.


• General understanding of retail lending across consumer and commercial products.


• Well-developed problem-solving skills and the ability to recommend and initiate process improvements and innovative solutions.


• Can anticipate potential shortfalls in process reviews and can recommend solutions to overcome issues.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Strong organisation and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.


• Demonstrated history of producing high quality outcomes with a keen eye for detail.
