- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of cleaning and facilities issues.
- Maintain cleaning and facilities registers (e.g., asset register, equipment servicing, compliance logs).
- Support Area Supervisors and Contract Managers with rostering, shift coverage, and resource allocation.
- Monitor compliance with Solo's internal operations/compliance IT platform (SIFS), including inspection reports, toolbox talks, and incident logs.
- Prepare monthly client reports covering cleaning and facilities service performance.
- Provide administrative support for purchase orders, and facility-related expenses using systems such as ApprovalMax.
- Support business continuity by ensuring facilities and cleaning operations are aligned with client requirements and Solo's compliance obligations.
- Provide backup support to operations and compliance teams as required.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in a coordination, admin, or operations support role (ideally in cleaning, facilities, or a similar industry).
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and strong follow-through.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse and mobile workforce.
- Understanding of WHS and compliance obligations in a commercial cleaning environment (desirable).
- A can-do attitude, team spirit, and a solutions-focused mindset.
Why Join Solo Services Group?
- Supportive team environment with opportunities for professional growth.
- Be part of a reputable, long-standing Australian owned business with contracts across NSW.
- Contribute to a company that values safety, reliability, and service excellence
