**About the role**:

- Reporting to the National Construction Manager the Operations Enablement Manager will play a critical role in supporting our organisations operational efficiency and effectiveness across various departments and projects. It will be responsible for identifying areas of improvement across various operational processes, facilitating the design and implementation of solutions and ensuring seamless integration of these into daily workflows.- This position offers hybrid working, with work from home and time in our beautiful Corporate North Sydney Head office, however we are flexible on location so options to base out of Melbourne and Brisbane are also a possibility for the right applicant.**What you’ll be doing**:

- Manage and lead a team of National SMEs and coordinators to support the interface between construction teams and projects to ensure effective outcomes.
- Engage multiple stakeholders to facilitate BARs for all designs to drive design improvement and deliver high quality, buildable designs to the construction team.
- Analysis of current operational processes and identification of inefficiencies and area for improvement.
- Drive collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather insights and implement best practices.
- Facilitate a feedback loop to drive continuous improvement into design space.
- Oversee and support subcontractor engagement and compliance.
- Define key performance indicators for operational processes.
- Establish reporting mechanisms to track and communicate initiatives. Drive improved EBIT performance through continuous improvement focus.**About you**:

- Relevant qualifications in Project Management, Construction or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience within project operations or business enablement roles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with knowledge of lean, Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
- Well developed leadership and stakeholder engagement at all levels.
- Exposure to the telecommunications or related field would be held in high regard.
