About the Team
Come join our wonderful IT Helpdesk team based in Redbank. We provide support to all aspects of the RDA business, and no two days are ever the same.

About The Role
The IT Helpdesk Administrator will be the first line of support for the Rheinmetall Defence Australia team to log IT-related issues.

Using the ITSM solution ServiceNow, it is the Helpdesk Administrator's role is to manage tickets as they are logged, either resolving the issue immediately or escalating it to Level 2 or Level 3 support agents, or to external resolver groups.

The IT Helpdesk Administrator will provide high levels of customer service to our internal customers, resolving issues and ensuring that communication from the IT team is clear regarding maintenance windows or system outages.

  • Relevant Microsoft certifications supporting client Operating Systems;
  • Relevant experience working in the IT sector;
  • Customer Service focuses with strong attention to detail;
  • Strong time-management skills;
  • Ability to travel internationally and interstate, when required;
  • Eligibility to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance (Australian Citizenship required).
