In addition to the above, applicants must have:

  • At least 1 year experience in a Managed IT Services role, or similar small business IT role.
  • Experience supporting:

  • PC Hardware

  • Windows Desktop & applications
  • Windows Server, Active Directory, File & Print.
  • Office 365
  • Quiet, private location to work from home within Greater Brisbane. (We will supply your computer equipment)
  • Open driver's license and vehicle for occasional on-site work in Brisbane and surrounds.

About the Role

  • Work from home (WFH)
  • Full-time 8:30am - 5pm Monday to Friday

    We can be flexible with these hours occasionally as needed.
  • Day-to-day work consists of remote helpdesk technical support for our managed IT service customers.
  • We supply and support their internet, telephones, computers, networks, servers, cloud systems and software licencing.
  • The majority of the work is remote and can be done from home, however you will need to attend the customer's premises for new installations and upgrades.
  • Project work consists of new customer onboarding, system upgrades, and deployments.
