The role:
The People Administrator is to support with all People and Culture administrative functions. Reporting to the People Services Lead, you will support with the overall management of the team member lifecycle as it relates to onboarding, internal movements, offboarding, parental leave, traineeships, internships and supporting with allocated administrative tasks.
This is a full-time maternity leave contract commencing from beginning of October 2025, until 29 May 2026.
What you'll be doing:
- Coordinate and manage the onboarding, cross-boarding, and off-boarding processes for team members.
- Support with the day-to-day People & Culture enquiries received via email, phone and in person.
- Support with preparation of employment contracts, letters and other People and Culture documents and correspondence.
- Collaborate with the People Analyst to manage the JIRA People Systems Helpdesk to ensure all team members queries are being tracked and attended to in a timely manner.
- Assist the People Analyst by maintaining and ensuring the data integrity of reporting dashboards, while supporting ongoing system maintenance.
- Support with the School Based Traineeship Program by assisting with the recruitment, onboarding and continuity of the traineeship.
- Maintain all team member records within files, registers, and systems.
- Manage the People and Culture Content Library to ensure all content, templates, and guides are stored in a centralised location with appropriate version control.
- Prepare and organise all People and Culture team meeting schedules, minutes and presentation packs.
- Providing general administrative support to the People and Culture department, including but not limited to managing team schedules, organising team events and handling allocated administrative tasks.
- Collaborating with the People Analyst, support with the administration of ThinkTime.
- Collaborate with the Talent team to ensure all non-residences are regularly audited via the Migration Australia VEVO portal. Escalating concerns, condition breaches and/or identifying expiring VISAs to the relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Payroll team to resolve team member pay enquiries.
- Contribute to and project manage P&C improvement initiatives as directed by the People and Culture Manager.
What we are looking for:
- Effective working knowledge of HR systems, hands-on experience desired but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
- Critical thinking, creativity, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
