We're not looking for someone to sit behind a desk all day. This is a hands-on role where you'll be designing, deploying, and supporting messaging systems that help hospitals and aged care facilities communicate better, faster, and smarter.

What You'll Do

  • Design & implement messaging and alerting systems in clinical environments.
  • Collaborate with IT, nursing & operations teams
  • Create technical documentation, diagrams & system workflows.
  • Manage upgrades, migrations & new deployments of UC platforms.
  • Travel to client sites for installations, audits, and ongoing support (primarily QLD, occasionally across ANZ).

What You Bring

  • Certifications & good hands-on experience with UC platforms
  • Solid understanding of networking, protocols & security principles.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and clinical staff.
  • Bonus: Experience with HL7, SIP, or healthcare/aged care environments.
