We're embarking on a strategic transformation project across our Aged Care and Community Services portfolio, focused on enhancing how we deliver care to older Australians in residential settings. As part of this future-focused initiative, we're seeking a Communications Specialist to lead internal communications and engagement for the duration of the project.

This is a dedicated fixed term opportunity for a communications specialist with strong change management expertise, responsible for developing and delivering engaging project communications. The role also involves managing digital channels, including building and maintaining SharePoint pages to support communication and resource sharing.

Your Impact:

  • Support change initiatives with thoughtful messaging and engagement strategies

  • Build and maintain SharePoint pages as central hubs for project communications

  • Partner with leaders to communicate workforce and organisational updates

  • Create content that resonates across diverse audiences and platforms

  • Measure impact and continuously improve communication effectiveness

What You Bring:

  • Experience in internal communications, change communications, or stakeholder engagement

  • Proven experience supporting change management programs in complex environments

  • Strong SharePoint skills, including building and maintaining communication hubs

  • Exceptional writing, storytelling, and strategic thinking abilities

  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to adapt in dynamic, project-driven settings
