Help Shape Health Surveillance and Drive Public Health Success
Manage and support in-house public health applications, ensuring certification, data handling, and user support. Collaborate on health surveillance initiatives to meet MSPHU's operational and information needs.

Community and Oral Health Services deliver a broad range of quality community-based care and support services to help people improve and maintain their wellbeing and independence as well as oral health services to adults and children.

We deliver a myriad of services across Metro South including Hospital in the Home, Rehabilitation, Chronic Disease, Acute Care, Dementia Outreach, Oral Health, and specialist residential care along with delivering numerous other vital community health services.

Our services are delivered by multidisciplinary teams of nursing and allied health staff with the skills and experience to treat a full range of health needs.
