About the Role

We're looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development / Lead Generation Specialist to help expand our client base and drive qualified, converting leads.

This is a high-commission role — perfect for someone motivated by performance, networking, and income growth. Average yearly earnings are around $80,000+ for top performers, with no cap on commissions.

You'll work directly with Kanguru Tech's leadership team to develop outreach strategies, generate leads, and convert prospects into long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new business leads through online research, networking, LinkedIn, and outbound campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects across target industries.
  • Present Kanguru Tech's technology solutions clearly and persuasively to potential clients.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and technical teams to align lead generation with company objectives.
  • Track and report lead activity and conversion rates using CRM tools.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly lead and sales targets.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or lead generation, ideally in technology, SaaS, or digital services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and comfortable working remotely.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or digital marketing tools is a plus.
  • A strong results-driven mindset — you enjoy turning conversations into conversions.
