We are seeking a Lending Specialist to join our dynamic and experienced team. We emphasise that no prior finance industry experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training. Once the training process is complete, you are then a highly trained Business Finance Lending Specialist.

The successful applicants will have the potential to become among the highest paid business finance professionals in Australia.

Your new role

  • Respond to new business finance applications, by calling and listing to the clients needs, and then using your training to forumate the best funding solution for their needs and their circumstances.
  • Follow up on old applications with the goal of converting them into new clients.
  • Assist clients with completing loan applications and compiling the required documentation
  • Consistently manage and communicate with clients, referral sources, and internal teams to provide updates on the application status of each of your clents.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding lending targets
  • Be Results Orientated and have a strong desire to achieve
  • A professional demeanour, and excellent time management skills
  • Solid mathimatical skills
