Business Development (Sales) Representative
Real Deal Entertainment, bringers of The Real Santa, Happy Easter Bunny and Halloween Scenes requires a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development (Sales) Representative for the coming Halloween and Christmas Season, and potentially beyond. We operate in all capital cities in Australia, with a strong focus on Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane.
This role is designed strengthen our client experience and drive incremental sales. To nurture our existing clientele, to recover our lost ones, and to reach and inspire new prospects.
The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, possess extremely high work ethic, and devote time to become well-versed in our products and services. They will confidently guide clients, follow up on quotes, and recommend the right add-ons, as well as devise new marketing and lead generation strategies in order to maximise revenue and hence sales commissions.
They will work directly with the CEO, and have Marketing and Customer Service staff to support your administrative needs such as: Generate quotations and invoices, process payments, and deliver promotions and generate leads following the strategies that are proposed and approved by the CEO.
They will be equipped with a phone and headset. Ideally will have their own portable computer for work in the showroom and/or your home office. We prefer that you are located close to Sunshine so you could work from the showroom, but are open to remote applicants and a hybrid arrangement also.
Commission is payable on sales with a sliding scale depending on the product/serive and the temperature of the lead, and they come into effect once your salary rate is recovered. There is potential to generate a large amount of business across multiple states, depending on how efficient and driven you are. There is also potential for ongoing work for the right candidate.
The product is easy to see to those in the market, we have a beautiful range and a solid reputation in the industry.
Job Type: Fixed term
Contract length: 2 months
Pay: $40.00 – $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
