**About the Role**

We’re looking for a **driven and results-oriented Business Development / Lead Generation Specialist** to help expand our client base and drive qualified, converting leads.
This is a **high-commission role** — perfect for someone motivated by performance, networking, and income growth. Average yearly earnings are around **$80,000+** for top performers, with **no cap on commissions**.

You’ll work directly with Kanguru Tech’s leadership team to develop outreach strategies, generate leads, and convert prospects into long-term business relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and qualify new business leads through online research, networking, LinkedIn, and outbound campaigns.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects across target industries.
- Present Kanguru Tech’s technology solutions clearly and persuasively to potential clients.
- Coordinate with the marketing and technical teams to align lead generation with company objectives.
- Track and report lead activity and conversion rates using CRM tools.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly lead and sales targets.

**Skills and Experience**
- Proven experience in **sales, business development, or lead generation**, ideally in technology, SaaS, or digital services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, independent, and comfortable working remotely.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or digital marketing tools is a plus.
- A strong results-driven mindset — you enjoy turning conversations into conversions.
